Sales Taxes are included in all packages.
All packages come with complimentary screen shots, and raw clips.
All packages include drone videography (Aerials can be done only if these criteria are met: venue permission, on-site restriction free by FAA regulations, 5-mile radius away from an airport, and good weather condition).
Payment Methods accepted: PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.
For elopements, air travel and lodging fee must be provided by the couple.
For Premium & Full Packages, there is an additional travel, car rental, and hotel fees.
Couple must agree to content being published and shared on website and social media platforms. Examples include, but are not limited to Vimeo, YouTube, Facebook, Websites, Vendors, Blogs, Contests, Festivals etc.
For weddings that require additional days to be captured, such as Indian weddings, a flat fee of $1,500 per additional day is applied.
A non-refundable deposit fee of 50% is due upon signing/booking service. The deposit fee goes towards the package price, and is not an additional fee. We implement this for the purpose of ensuring both parties’ commitment to the signed contract. This is a non-refundable deposit fee in the case of contract termination for any reason or circumstances. In the unlikely event where Solo Koo Wedding Films would be unable to perform the services on the day of the event due to injury or illness, Solo will make every effort to secure a replacement and associate videographers to film the event. If a replacement is not found, the full deposit will be refunded, and no further damages may be sought against Solo Koo Wedding Films for any reason.
